Discovery is a joke

Very disappointed at Discovery as a whole on my recent experience, after calling over and over and speaking to different staff members and requesting information of a claim to be paid back to me cause of an excuse Discovery refused to pay in the first place or rather authorise the hospital to go ahead assisting me after I was in an accident and I was injured but had to pay to get treated, Discovery first off only looked at half the claim and than on top of that they paid out only a portion from the half due any BS they can come up with and I must just say ok and leave it be.
