Discovery is a ********** Company- Stay Away From Them!!!

2 weeks ago, I received an email from Discovery saying that they would pay DR due to me not obtaining authorization from them for my wife to visit a specialst. We activated the Maternity Benefit 29 days before she went to the DR and we were told twice by their call centre that we needn't obtain authorization for visits to the specialist. After numerous phone calls and promises to pay myself and the DR, I wake up to an email from Discovery saying "Reason code 338: We have not paid this amount because you need to get a reference number from us before you visit a specialist."

You guys are ********** and I know we're a drop in the ocean for you guys but I promise I will take my business elsewhere if this issue is not settled by close of business today.
