Discovery is a disgrace!

There should actually be a - rating! We have been members for 24 years. Now on pension we feel cheated. In January I had to have a breast op/biopsy that we had to fight for 3 weeks just for approval. Then I fell and broke my shoulder. ER Glynwood was not paid, Xrays& CT not paid and also not the doctors or meds that was used! Discovery told my husband that I was supposed to be admitted then they would pay! There was no need to admit me as it was an undisplaced fracture! AS A MEDICAL AID MEMBER I HAVE THE RIGHT TO EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE! We have been with our GP for 27 years. Now we are not allowed to as they are not contracted in! I have complained before & Discovery promissed they would sort it out. IT NEVER HAPPENED! Discovery is the WORST!
