Discovery is a disgrace!

I have a possible breast cancer. I have been on the phone with Discovery call center agents for hours on end! Discovery does not want to authorise a daycare facility to have a biopsy done. I do NOT have R8800 to pay for the daycare facility! My doctor has the last 25 years of medical records of me! NOW IM NOT ALLOWED TO GO TO HIM! I have glaucoma, Systemic Lupus, Dementia and Diabetes. The call Center cant even direct me to a website as to where to see "contracted in" hospitals. Every person has a different answer! Discovery going to **** me!
