I have never been so disappointed with a company. I terminated my membership because I was not working. I was handed over to ITCBA and had to make a payment. I paid this amount in July 2021. Discovery decided to hand me over again this month for the same acc and I have been asking for help from discovery to fix this and not getting any joy.
