Discovery is a *****

Discovery has been taking double payment for the last 7 months of my Wifes grandmother, even in the new year the double payments is happening. Discovery is a ***** in the day, even with my boy in hospital, they wanted us to pay his operation and all, we managed to get them to pay it at the end. I WOULD never refer anyone to them. Now granny sits without groceries money. Well done Discovery. Pathetic Discovery

You need to mail me and get the info in the next week, we will escalate this to the medical aid council to sort Discovery out if you can tell us what the double payments is all about
