Discovery Health Medical aid is a big ****!!!

I went in for a Covid test which is by the way covered in my benefits. The claim returned unpaid by discovery, apparently I was supposed to test positive for it to be paid. *** 🤬. So if I go visit a Dr and there’s nothing wrong with me, the claim might not get paid??? Why am I paying monthly premiums.
