Discovery insurance number 1 medical and health hazard

This is the worst medical scheme anyone can ever join. When it comes to taking money for their premiums monthly they are on point but then when it comes to delivering service they are the worst, I mean having no medical cover is 1000% better than joining discovery. They are as useless as the g in lasgna but just expensive for nothing. During a world wide crisis of covid 19 you would think having a medical aid is the best thing but it is not, especially with discovery and especially if you have any chronic illness. They do not care at all and this medexpress thing is just a department that exists in theory because since I have been with this idiotic insurance I have never ever seen this med-express nor have they ever helped me except for put my health at risk, the very thing they claim to have you covered for. If you have asthma, diabetes or any chronic illness please do not join this medical aid, they take your hard earned money for nothing and live you at your own demise for anything or even throw you under the bus. They are not a medical aid, they are a medical hazard. Their call center agents in all departments useless..how when I need to get my medications you claim you can't capture a passport number and yet monthend comes you can easily deduct money using the same passport number. Xenophobic much? you are full of bs you guys and if I have to advocate against you till the day I die I will and most likely die because of your negligence. Do not I repeat ever join this medical scheme unless you have money to throw away and have a death wish. i regret ever signing up for these money hungry idiots with -0% service delivery. I truly truly hate you guys because time and time again you have with out blinking put my health onthe line and i always have to resort to other ways to get help. How many people should die because of your negligence before you are outed for the heartless company you are. Month-end you will see them deducting a huge chunk of my money for services they never deliver, the very nerve. Nonsense. And your call center a waste of airtime. It's not a one time event that you guys have failed to deliver medication on time, it's time and time again even during lock down. I mean you have NEVER delivered since I have been a member, i feel ****** every month by discovery. Useless medical hazards you are. I wish more people would know jus how ***********, uncaring and negligent you are and not even join you to start with. You have lost a client as I am opting for a medical aid that actually is not **** like y'all. For a big brand name company you all are pathetic.
