DISCOVERY INSURANCE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

Good day, I was referred by my chosen Key Care GP DR to consult a specialist, Discovery have rejected my request. Reason for the decline is that the referring GP is not my chosen KeyCare GP (which is not true), The referral GP I join them in March until today. I have called Discovery last week Friday (13th), Yesterday (16th) and today (17th) everyone is busy escalation my request and it will take them 16-18 working hours to get back to you, my appointment is tomorrow 18 Jan 2023 until now I haven't received an Authorization number, even when I called them, they admit that the faulty is on their side, but they will escalate, My healthy is at risk and it looks like they don't care.
