Discovery inconsiderate

I have a five year old boy whose teeth are sore and Discovery Health can do a scheme payment to dentist whom my son had a bad experience with. The dentist I choose pays only R6000 which my son loves the reason I’m given is the dentist where my son was comfortable does not affiliate with discovery. So I’m like why can’t you pay the same R16000 you were willing to pay and I top up the rest as long as my son’s health is secured. I decide to visit discovery in person so I don’t talk to someone on the phone… Guess what I was given a phone to talk to someone in Durban who tells me I should check for dentist who charges medical rates I then ask Discovery to help me find such. They send me a list which Doctor is supposed to affiliate with Discovery.

I phone a couple and was told they no longer affiliate with Discovery.

My problem was not resolved at all
