Discovery *********** and unprofessional

They sent me emails of an outstanding account I owe them. After every email, I call and get given and email address to make payment arrangements. Altogether, I have made contact over 12 times. I usually don’t get a response back until I get the email again that reminds of this amount.

Today, they listed me with the credit bureau as if I have been ignoring all their emails. In short: highly ***********, unprofessional and inconsiderate. They ruined my credit record when they are the ones that have ignored my efforts of trying to pay back the due amount.
