Discovery = Incompetanse = Disgusting = ****s

Yet once again after a week of phoning and s**** feeding the *********** staff at Discovery, another letter was sent with a decision regarding my chronic application. And what was the first reason for not approving... The same dam test that 'n am trying to get in their minds that was submitted on the 20th of October!!! What should one do more?? Never in my life I had to deal with a company with such low standards, I requested 3 times to be contacted by the fund principal and just get flat ignored. The same with Nicole Osborne more than a week I am asking for a copy of our telephonic conversation. She just ignores the fact that she made unrealistic promises. Yet heaven forbit not paying your contribution. If somebody wants a team of people to destroy your business, Discovery will provide!! This is disgusting !! They are a bunch of ****s with sweet replies like we contacted you and resolved. If that was the truth why am I writing a review AGAIN??
