Discovery in-hospital payment failure. Not honouring payments which were assured to be paid.

Following on from my last review where I had pre-admission to hospital for treatment and I everything should have been settled with the hospital, Discovery was kind enough to settle the majority of the bill. I hace still however received notification of an outstanding amount of R24,177. 71 which was not settled.

The hospital was for psychiatric treatment following severe depression. Discovery failing to fulfil their end and dropping me, whilst everything was submitted in-hospital and I was assured all was fine, has caused me renewed anguish.
