Discovery in Financial crisis?

Been with Discovery for over 20 years. This year our plan increased with 13% and they reduced our medical savings account. Suddenly medications that we paid for through our medical, we can no longer do that, and only get reply declined. When you try and phone them the line gets disconnected every time before you get to a consultant. If you send them an email to phone you back regarding queries, you get ignored.

Also went to dentist this week, as a crown came off. The paid some of the invoice, but would you believe that they dont pay for the bonding material...what should the dentist use Pritt??

Absolutely ridiculous, time to look at other medical aid, as it looks like they are under financial complications.
