Discovery impossible to find what you looking for

The app and site makes it impossible to find what you looking everything is all clamped up into one I am on essential but shows me staff that have nothing to do with the cover I am in extra unnecessary information When using the WhatsApp bot it breaks away to pdf that have nothing to do with what one trying to enquire you end up just going around in a circle Guys who design should use this or create a master class videos or whatever of where correct information is hidden cause this is *******

Yeah getting proper information in a timely manner is a very tedious process , got turned for an extraction after being told my medical aid doesn’t cover this but on the app is says it covers it, why can’t a each cover have it’s own information instead of everything being grouped up and including non related non helpful information it’s trash
