Discovery ignores ART benefit authorization requests

Waiting three weeks for authorization for an ART procedure that is time sensitive. The ART department has not responded to any communication which was sent to them despite my broker following up regularly and escalating it to executive level.

Going through an IVF process is time sensitive, physically, financially and emotionally taxing and Discovery makes it more difficult my delaying authorization of procedures despite the benefit being activated for the past three years.
