Discovery Idiots

I am finding it extremely hard to stay with Discovery health. I joined this medical aid about 3 years ago. I changed jobs and joined a different company later that year and stayed on discovery. When my company joined discovery last year they decided to pay my benefit at discovery. Here is where the story gets ****ty. Some person at Discovery decided to not complete the correct forms at the correct time, thus i was then contacted to tell me that I now owe discovery money because i left the medical aid (which i didn't !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) they amount outstanding was around R1400. After a loooooooooooong and arduous battle i decided to just pay the damn money to get on with my life. BUT OF COURSE discovery never gets their fingers muddy in any way. they sommer immediately handed my account over to some shapiro shaik and whatisface (whithout my knowledge) here i am paying my R1400. \i forwarded all of the documents to discovery was told "grand it's settled) But nooooooooooooooooooooo now shaik shapiro and whatisface are claiming legal fees for calling me about money THAT I PAID!!!!!!!!! i am furious, irritated and frustrated and seriously considering just changing medical aids. Because why should i stay with a company that causes such harassment? Because that is what it comes down to. And now: I will be THAT PERSON who will pay through my nose to a lawyer to get these idiots off my back and refuse to pay whatever legal fees these idiots claim I OWE.
