Hello Discovery, When I cancelled my medical aid, I didn't receive a direct communication from you as the payer. You took it further to authorise ALEFBET to harass, verbally abuse and make threats. I refuse to engage with them and succumb to their threats. If you want payment from me you will engage me directly as I did when I took medical aid with you. And being charged for cancellation is also ridiculous
