Discovery horrible service and false promises

Discovery never keeps to it's so called promises. I have had claims rejected and even crucial PMB benefits applications rejected just this year alone.

The discovery communication is also flawed ad I feel that they have not made enough of an effort in providing clients with enough information especially with changes and limits to the scheme benefits.
