DISCOVERY HELPED TO GET ME BLACKLISTED - WELL DONE FOR BEING YOUSELVES - USELESS

Discovery helped me get Blacklisted when it was not my fault - Well done Discovery!!!!

So after the below complaint I have had zero feedback from discovery as one can see below and this matter after 5 months cannot be resolved? Is this how discovery put their customers first? See my complaint below to discovery and see their response or lack of....

This is the most difficult company to claim from. I have been so badly mismanaged. I was admitted via er for an emergency and discovery after my operation deem it cosmetic for snoring when it was a life and death reason and they refuse ti pay. 6 months fighting with them and they still refuse even if i have proof. I now am dealing with the ombusman. Bad company who fight payments. Avoid them like the plague. And now they want to be a bank. Oh my goodness. Thats bad news. I wont even go into how badly i have been managed

and we still wait and now today I got listed Thank you for doing absolutelly nothing and backpeddling the issue

To say I am dissapointed is an understatement, Discovery, you have been selfish, un-helful and have no interest - the only interest you share is the interest you make on all your money that your keep for yourselves

What a pathetic company you are!!!!
