Discovery help

My debit order is always going of the 1 of each month. Now my company is paying us later as normal, and I have ask Discovery to change the debit order to the 10 of each month, but they told me if I change it it will go off the 1 with full amount, and the 10 with full amount, so I have to pay twice for it. If I pay late again they will cancel my medical aid. Now if my company is not paying on time, What then #win
