Discovery HELLth
App**** for preauthorisation for procedure supposedly covered by Discovery under their day hospital benefit. Submitted all necessary documents only to receive no feedback from Discovery. I have since found out via the website portal that my application was declined. Absolutely no word from them. Please can someone recommend a fairly decent medical aid besides this bunch of ******.
