Discovery Heath references a non-existent benefit at Spec Savers - lies.

Clients beware. The Discovery call centre was not able to help me. This after waiting at least 10 minutes of unbearable interactive voice recorded messages and menu selection.

Having been a corporate member for nearly 20 years, I think I am justified in saying that this 'experience' was the worst call centre experience EVER. For goodness sake. What if I was in need of urgent medical assistance. This is appalling beyond beleif.

And the operator declined to give me a reference number to my call.

Now to the core of the complaint.

DON'T BELIEVE THE SO-CALLED SPEC SAVERS PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT.

It is completely meaningless. Go to Spec Savers and get a cash quote it is at least R100 cheaper than this falsely framed special offer by Discovery Health.

Neither organisation has any implementation plan for this feature. It is meaningless and frankly is a complete lie. I have paperwork to prove it.
