DISCOVERY HEATH MEDICAL AID - Pathetic service

I recently wrote a review about Discovery health medical aid change without clear concise, transparent communication to remove secondary doctors and replace with a nurse consultation. I further had to incur extra costs for a GP consult even though I have medical aid. Discovery rep**** on hello Peter saying that they have responded to my query hen intact there was no response and no contact at all. It seems they also now employed staff who fabricate the truth.

It's been almost 2 weeks and still no contact from discovery.
