Discovery Heath GAP cover appalling service

I have never in my life received such bad service from such a reputable company. My Discovery Gap cover policy states clearly that they will refund you co-payments for MRI and CT scans, it has taken me more than a month now to get my claim approved. Teaching them their job and promise. It was first rejected and then after more weeks the assessor approved the claim. It has taken them another two weeks to effect payment. According to the consultant the money was refunded: I called again and was assured that it has been paid and can take 3 to 5 day’s to reflect. It is now day 7 and still no money has reflected in our account after it was apparently paid on Monday 12 November. I am utterly disappointed in the service received.
