Discovery Heath debt collectors harassment

I am constantly being harassed by Discovery debt collection company Shapiro. Today is the final straw with the umteenth time I am bing called this week. I paid my account on the 21st February and have been handed over and being harassed. I have submitted proof of payment but still being harassed.
