Discovery Healty *********

I am very unhappy with the service of Discovery Health and can describe this medical aid as nothing but *****s and i am higly disappointed in Discovery Health.

An email was send to me to send Discovery a proof of income I send Discovery 3 months payslips and then received a email on the 24th of December requestimg additional documentation that needed to be submitted before the 27th of December i find this absolutely unacceptable as this was send over the festive period the 25th and 26th of December are public holiday so therefore 2 days where given to submit the required documentation over the festive period where one dont have access to printing facilities etc. This could have been nothing but a scheme from Discovery as a member i am disappointed and if my funds are not reimburse i will cancel my membership with Dicovery.

Discovery Health then placed me on the highest band because they did not recieve additional documentation to verify my income therfore have no extra income.

I am sad and disappointed in them and will definitely be looking at other medical aids.
