Discovery Health/Vitality Cashbacks A S cam

Discovery cheated me out of and paid cashbacks lower than the qualified percentages(25% when It states that I qualified for 34%) over a period of 7 months.

The requested cashback recon for January 2025 was delayed and I had to follow up with them via email and WhatsApp 4 times in 7 days to receive it.

I am furious and have ask Discovery for management to contact me and provide recons for May 2024 - December 2024 only to further delay and tell me that they will come back with the usual automated response in 5 working days.

I demanded to speak with someone in charge of that department and have heard nothing from them. I assure you, if the balance of the cashbacks due to me is not paid, I will take this to the ombudsman or get legal, I assure you.
