Discovery Health's shocking service!
I pay Discovery every month, despite waiting for over 3 months for a approved claim of over R1000- to be refunded. 2 other invoices from my doctors hasn't been paid for services they rendered over a month ago and both should be covered under my plan. Shocking service! I have sent over 10 emails to claims to sort this out. I am shocked at the poor service.
