Discovery health's empty promise to pay a health claim within 2-3 working days... REALLY!!???

*** | Besides the fact that my previous issue has not yet been resolved - my health claim of R1700 will only be paid in August - all sorts of excuses on system processes and batch days that I am actually not interested in. Discovery never had this problem before?? So here we go again. I submitted another claim for R2700 on Monday and once again - they confirmed that my health claim will be paid within 2-3 working days - today is Thursday 22/7 @ 16:25, the claim doesn't even show on the online tracker - not even the claim dated 08/07 reflects online! Pathetic. What is the use of having a Health Savings Plan when you have to pay out of pocket and wait so long to get your money back. A total of R4400 which was not budgeted for. So how long do I have to wait???
