Discovery Health/Life forcing me to take Vitality which I do not want

I recently took a Discovery Health plan. I have been on Vitality for some time as a single member because I also have a Lie policy with Discovery. When I took the Health Plan I was offered a Vitality membership for my entire family at an extra R100 which I refused for personal reasons. Now Discovery has increased my premium for the Life Plan by this R100. My debit order for R692.16 went through as planned on the 31st August. On the 2nd September I received an email from Discovery stating that my premium had increased to R792.16 as a result of the Vitality Intergrator. I disputed this. When I checked on my app I also noticed that my premium was reflected as “in arrears”. Now I’m fighting this battle with Discovery because they are forcing this Vitality on me when I know very well it is optional. I never approved of it. If they really record their calls there is evidence that I declined the offer. What does not make sense is also the Life plan being in arrears whereas their correspondence about the premium increase is dated 2nd September, which is 2 days after my contractual debit order went through. All their consultants who are responding to my query are not apologetic at all. They insist that I am being offered the Vitality programme. I DO NOT WANT IT! Can’t they just understand that??? What more need I say that I do not want something which I know very well is an option. I know the benefits as well but I DO NOT WANT TO TAKE IT!!! This is a violation of my right to freedom of choice as a customer. I won’t be surprised if these consultants have gotten away with many violations of human rights. Can someone help me address this! It is already eating too much of my time. Every time they reply I get even more angry because all they are doing is forcing this on me. Someone please help before I do something horrible!!!!! If there was a rating of zero I would have selected that for Discovery.
