Discovery Healthe refusing to put a Child on Medical aid!!!!!!!!

I don't think the person that called me this morning even deserves to get a half a rating from. I have been trying to get my Nephew and I on a medical aid. When I first app**** they were calling 2 to 3 times a day, when. I told then I will not accept the medical aid without my Nephew having one the calls stopped. In the mean time I am tracking down his mother who lives in Durban, to get her number as this was a requirement that they needed they needed her number so they can call her and get her approval as the sworn affidavit that she wrote and the email of why my Nephew is living with me was not good enough for them. So I send an email for a week no one cared to call me back, then I sent then an email asking if no one cares anymore about is being cover. This morning about 17 October 2020 @ approximately 9:30 I get a call from a guy from Discovery now he is telling me to get a hold of the childs mother for another affidavit or else I must pay for my late brother's child who is my Nephew, the mother of the child and myself, I told him I'm not going pay for his mother I will pay for my Nephew. I told they guy that the mother is in Durban and I'm in Cape town and he had the ordaserty to tell me I must take responsibility even though I have done everything that they have asked. I'm crushed and so disappointed that some can call me and say this to me!!!!!!!
