Discovery Health you are USELESS!!!
I am newly employed by a company that supports Discovery Health and pay 50% of a certain plan. ALL the necessary paperwork was completed for this company to pay this amount on my medical aid. The compoany paid what they should have and Discovery still deducted the full amount from my account this month!!! Why as a company who supposedly have high standards can't you even comprehend a simple task like this???? You are absolutely useless and now I have to wait 2 weeks for you to pay back money!!! What if I need the money within the ,coming 2 weeks??? You can't think further into the future than 2 seconds!!!!<br> <br>

We have two billing methods: advance and arrears. Before you joined the company, your medical aid was billed in arrears. This means that on the first of every month you were paying for the previous month, therefore the premium taken in December was for the month of November before you joined the company.
