Discovery health - would NOT recommend
Absolutely disappointed with discovery health’s response to an error on their side. An error in payment was made and they refuse to refund the payment and correct the error. Customer service levels are dismal and each consultant seems clueless leaving you for ages on the phone with no answers. Administrative nightmare. Lack of understanding and remediation.
