Discovery health worst service ever!!!

I am honestly disgusted with Malcor - Discovery health. I've been on my own medical aid from June 2018 up to May 2019. I decided to join my husband's medical aid (Malcor - Discovery) as from May 2019. Therefor no time in between that I am not on full medical aid!! I made sure there is no waiting periods and that I will be fully covered. We are pregnant with our rainbow baby girl 21 weeks and 5 days... so much exitment. I registered my pregnancy via telephone (all calls are recorded for security and quality purposes) with no issues at Discovery. I rushed in to my gynecologist today with severe pain and cramps. He advised that I get admitted asap!!! Now Discovery is stating #1 I'm on a waiting period (Can't be as I have proof of my previous medical aid before joining Discovery) #2 they emailed a medical history form to be completed to my GP (my GP has got nothing to do with my pregnancy - which makes no sense) Discovery states that this is the process that they follow with every admission in the first 12 months of joining their medical aid group.... emergency or not. I can loose my baby, do you think that mattered??? I heard that Discovery is "THE BEST MEDICAL AID" I disagree by far! Where in your life do you treat your members this way and state authorisation can take up to 16 hours. I've got a baby inside of me..... what the hell??? I'm honestly so unhappy and would never recommend this healthcare provider.... to no one ever!!!
