Discovery Health - Worst Medical Aid in South Africa

If I could I would put them at no stars. My grandma's Pension Fund pays for her Medical Aid each month, but for the last 3 months it's been suspended due to no payment. My grandmother needs to go to a hospital urgently, and she can't afford it so the Medical Aid must pay for it. When we phone to enquire what's going on, they say they'll phone back in 5 minutes. 2 days later and still no call back. Absolutely useless. Being paid to do nothing but sit with their fingers in their asses the whole day. What a disgrace.
