Discovery Health - WORST AND MOST ************* COMPANY

Previously posted about Discovery and after more than a month of promises from Discovery to send me an email so we could sort out the payment issue, I finally receive an email stating Withdrawal of Membership. I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by Discovery. The service is non existent and when someone contacts you they have absolutely no idea what is going on or what to do or how to assist so seen as Discovery took it upon themselves to cancel my Membership, then I am obviously entitled to receive my savings payout from Discovery as it is MY money and MY savings of the past 13 years of being a client. Not one phone call from Discovery to discuss anything, just out of no where they decide they have every right to withdraw my membership and the most shocking line in that entire email is that my MSA will be refunded to me after 4 months as there might be claims. I mean for !@#$ sakes, you have paid every claim. If you keep your system updated you would see that neither myself nor my wife has been to any medical practitioners and all claims are up to date. Discovery is very very quick to take your monthly contributions but when it comes to paying you out your own money they have a 1000 excuses. I urge people to never use Discovery. I have been with Discovery for 13 years and this is the type of treatment I receive. Not one phone call, not one email to try and resolve my previous queries, nothing. Disgusted. I will definitely go out of my way to boycott Discovery health. I will make it my daily mission until I receive my funds. I will never use Discovery again and I will not recommend them to anyone.
