Discovery Health worse than Taxi strike in Cape Town

Called Remedi regarding my wife needing a nebulizer device, as Remedi approved her chronic benefits for asthma, to my shock i was told this device is not covered by Discovery Health on the Remedi option , but on all other Discovery policies it's covered how can I device that helps you breath in emergencies not be covered even thought there is a medical device benefit which covers just over R6000 but a nebulizer of less than R1000 is not covered, if no feedback is given I will send my complaint to badservicewp,
