DISCOVERY HEALTH WON'T SAVE YOUR LIFE 8!!!*

I have being trying to contact Discovery from the 3rd of January 2024 and still no response.i made about 6 call all I waited for 20 to 30mins with no answer their call center is no use. I'm sure Discovery can't save your life .

Recently Discovery requested documents that I have sent before the deadline and can provide references numbers . My kids and wife needed to go to the doctor and specialist but are unable to because of Discovery's bad and poor service they suspended the medical aid .

Do they not release they are play games with people's live's . It's so sad that they take our premiums but can't deliver the service they promised very disappointing. Trying to call them to get the issue resolved is impossible. U spend a lot on airtime but still no answer .It doesn't make sense to be paying a company that can not provide the service that they offer .

I was left in a position where I needed to spend a few thousand to take my kid and wife to visit a doctor but paid cash .Guys Good advise think twice of choosing Discovery Health if you wanted to take care of your family
