Discovery Health won't refund my MSA

It's been 3 months of contacting Discovery Health to refund my MSA as it was incorrectly debited instead of the hospital benefit. I have sent through updated statements from the dentist, logged on the app and even called the contact centre, yet, my money has not been refunded. I find this totally unacceptable.
