DISCOVERY HEALTH WILL RATHER LET YOU DIE THAN ASSIST

DISCOVERY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!! Discovery essential delta saver client - My wife developed a life threatening condition. I requested an upgrade to receive the specialist medical care she desperately needs, but Discovery refuses the upgrade me to receive treatment at a specialist hospital. The only way to upgrade, is to move 50km away from your closest delta hospital, but not for a life threatening condition- where I offered to upgrade the whole family, and I am willing to commit for 24-months- not to misuse the service. Still they keep you online for over an hour and then refuse to assist. This is the WORST service I have ever encountered... in discovery health you are just another number, they don't care about anyone's well being!!!

Now I am stuck in a plan that costs R 5500.00 p/m, and I can't use it. Discovery mark my words.. THIS WILL END UP IN THE MEDIA.
