Discovery Health will not pay for emergencies

Why does Discovery Health even offer different plans if claiming out is impossible? And how does it make any sense that if a patient is taken to emergencies, they are not covered unless the patient is admitted? What are emergencies for then? I am shocked at the fact that clients pay ridiculous amounts a year (e.g. +R30 000), to only see a percent of it in their "savings" (R5000 per year) and once that "savings" is finished, we have to pay out of our pockets! Where does our money go? Discovery Health is a ****, their jobs are to find any reason not to pay.
