Discovery Health Where is my Money????

After 30years of belonging to Discovery Health I had to stop. As a pensioner, Discovery is unaffordable. Having supported Discovery for 30 years, one would have thought that an arrangement could have been made. Unfortunately Discovery only deals with the rich. Loyalty, kindness, care, empathy is only for dogs. The NIA would be a great idea if it were not going to be run by the ANC government Resigning from Discovery Health there remained some money to be be paid R672-00. I arranged with Discovery Health how and when the money would be paid. Discovery Health supp**** the bank details and reference. I paid the money agreed on the date agreed into the account agreed and emailed the reference as agreed. I received an email on the 30th September 2023 - a non reply email - telling me since I had not paid I have been black listed! Wow Discovery - Great way to treat old customers! The questions remains where is the money??? I have proof of payment! Did someone use my money to buy lunch? After all the client is poor, and what is he going to do about it?
