DISCOVERY HEALTH where are you in need

Discovery is encouraging healthy pathways. They send you screening and tests to go and you get rewarded for that. My personal health pathway suggested I go for a flu vaccine. I duly did the booking went to dischem this morning only to be told Discovery will not pay for it. I tried to speak to them via whatsapp while I was there and had no success. i CALLED 0860 998 77 this line just cuts off.

What an absolute waste of time. They will increase premiums, they will ask you to go for all sorts of things but you cannot get help

I received a call from Noma(Nomahlubi) who assisted me via the WhatsApp chat earlier about tgis issue. She just called back ,spent over 13 minutes to explain everything to me in detail with such patience empathy and kindness. In as much as I was upset, I felt extremely valued as a customer. I felt like someone listened and took the time to simplify the benefits to me.
