Discovery Health - What a pleasure!!
I would like to compliment & give a HUGE Thank You to Keenan from Discovery Health (PE) - it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him last week, his friendliness, bubbly voice, efficiency and going that extra mile! I called him regarding a mix up that was made for my specialist visit/date of approval for my specialist visit & I was worried payment wasnt going to be made,needless to say not only did he fix the problem regarding the dates/Dr's but he also called me back again the following day (out of his own) just to ensure me that my specialist visit was definitely going to be covered. This sort of service is outstanding and not found commonly now days. This morning I called Discovery again regarding feedback on my chronic medication, unfortunately I didnt get the ladies name I dealt with but I would like to say any time I have called Discovery Health the voices on the other side of the line and the service is really something to be PROUD of Discovery! Thank you again for outstanding service!!
