Been with them for years, and the declining service is disgusting. Benefits for 2025 kicked in Jan. My savings amount reduced... After an annual visit to my optician and dentist wiped out savings, so now can't get meds, cant see a Dr or God forbid I need to go into ER. Nope will just die unless I can afford to pay cash. How shocking!
