Discovery Health - what ****

So I wrote a review of how discovery said I didn't disclose the information about a operation They paid for, I requested authorisation for my yearly check up. They then said I didn't disclose the operation so they put my medical aid on hold on the 8th of July and cancelled it on the 9th. How on God's green earth do you inform them of a operation follow up, if they paid for said operation? I don't believe they have members intrist at heart anymore and I can't but wonder if they practice like this due to another area of their business is falling short of funds and the way forward for them is to act in a manner, like my case, to explore what they believe to be a new revenue stream. With them moving into insurance and banking clearly the medical department must "fund" other areas and this being one way of doing just that?...
