Discovery Health web portal always broken

Discovery Health web portal is absolutely trash. It is clear that Discovery Health contracts *********** IT and Project Management people.

Here's one of their web error messages: No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
