Discovery Health - “we gladly take, but we hate giving back”

I had an insurance claim rejected by Discovery which I queried (in Aug) - all recorded on their end. They confirmed that they conceed and will settle with the service provider (Pathcare) directly. Received another notice from Pathcare end of Sep that the account was not settled. I phoend Discovery again, and again they confirmed that the account will be settled by them. Today is the 10th of Nov, and according to Pathcare Diacovery has still not paid the account?!!! What am I suppose to do as a vlient now? They are happy to take thousands of rands from me every month, but this is the service I receive?! It’s an absolute joke. Would never ever recommend Discovery Health to anyone.
