Discovery Health waiting period

My complaint rises from the fact that Discovery Health insists that my wife must allow a 3 month waiting period , before she may use the benefits because of the fact that she was not covered by a medical aid for the last 24 months.<br> This is absolutely a bunch of ******* due to the fact that I am covered by Discovery Health since 2011 and before both myself and my wife was covered by Platinum Health. Until recently meaning 2015/03/19 my wife was still covered by Platinum Health and despite numerous efforts from myself and proof sent to Discovery that my wife was indeed covered in the last 24 months I had no feedback from my trusty representative. I joined Discovery in 2011 because of a job change but my wife remained on Platinum Health until 2015/03/19.Why is so difficult to comprehend that she was on a continuously medical aid until most recently! The representative Danie Decker is as useful as nipples on a breastplate. Could someone more qualified please contact me to sort this matter as my wife is on chronic medication and I waiting period is most stressful.
